Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process all orders.
The individual who will be picking up the item must show a valid photo ID as well as the billing credit card.
Products may not be picked up by anyone other than the primary cardholder.
Gift certificates are available and must be redeemed for merchandise only.
Original credit card transaction must be signed by the cardholder before product can be picked up.
If an item is not in stock, please allow 5 to 7 business days to fill order.
We have a 7 day satisfacion guarantee on all Stihl whole good products. No returns are allowed after that 7 day period.
