All orders for units are for in store pickup only during our business hours. (Stihl's policy does not allow us to ship units)

We request credit card information to hold your order - no processing of your credit card has taken place.

You must present your reciept with credit card and photo ID for payment at time of pickup.

After receipt of your order, you will receive a phone call/email to schedule a pick-up time.

Most orders are ready within 24 hours.

Valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. (Serial Numbered Units Only)

For gift certificate purchases, purchaser must come into the store and present the credit card in order to activate the certificate.

Person redeeming Gift Certificate must show photo ID.

Gift Certificates valid for 1 year from purchase date.

Units are setup, fueled, and test run.
