Our Policies

- For added security measures you must present credit card and photo ID at time of pickup. - You must present a copy of this receipt when picking up your order. - We request credit card information to hold your order - no online processing of your credit card has taken place. Please present your credit card at time of pickup for processing. - Valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. - Person redeeming Gift Certificate must show 2 forms of ID. - For gift certificate purchases, purchaser must come into the store and present the credit card in order to activate the certificate. - After receipt of your order, you will receive a phone call/email to schedule a pick-up time. Most orders are ready within 24 hours.
