Our Policies

: Person picking up the order must show valid photo ID and be in possession of the listed credit card at time of pickup. : Customer may return a STIHL serial numbered unit for a refund (including taxes) or an exchange within seven consecutive days of purchase. Copy of the original invoice must accompany return. : Due to the fact that we prep, gas, and test the unit, the credit transaction will be processed prior to pickup. : We will do our best to meet the requested pickup date. We will contact the purchaser to make special arrangements should we not have item in stock.
