Our Policies

“We honor the STIHL 7 Day Customer Satisfaction Warranty. All returns must be approved by management and may be subject to a restocking fee. Any returns must be in resalable condition with original packaging. Any credits issued from credit card purchases will be credited back to the credit card. Purchases returned from Gift Certificate Redemptions will receive in store credit. All purchases with credit card and redemption of gift certificates must be accompanied with a picture ID, the gift certificate, and the credit card used for the purchase.”
