All online orders are final. No returns will be considered after the machine has gas mix and oil put in and started. The machine is considered used after that and cannot be returned. Only gift certificates that have Collins Tractor and Equipment on them will be accepted. No returns on electrical parts or installed parts will be permitted. Returns on parts and accessories will be charged a 15% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Collins Tractor and Equipment is in no way responsible for injury or death caused by Stihl equipment.
