The STIHL Lithium-ion battery technology is available for chain saws with the STIHL MSA 160 C-BQ. Eliminating fuel costs and engine emissions with cordless 36-volt STIHL Lithium-Ion power, the MSA 160 C-BQ provides another environmentally responsible option in STIHL chain saws. The MSA 160 C-BQ is portable, lightweight and features reduced vibrations and instant start-ups. And the commercial-grade high torque electric motor requires less maintenance, resulting in a longer motor life.

Run time on a single battery charge can vary and depends on the battery type, charge level, tool model, operating conditions, and the user's operating style.
